Pivot Airlines is committed to working with suppliers who share our values of integrity, responsibility, and excellence. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the standards we expect from all suppliers, contractors, and business partners who provide goods or services to Pivot Airlines.
We believe that responsible business practices throughout our supply chain are essential to our success and reputation. We expect our suppliers to uphold these standards and to extend similar expectations to their own suppliers.

Environmental
- Comply with environmental laws and regulations
- Minimize environmental impact
- Reduce waste and promote recycling
- Use resources efficiently

Health & Safety

- Maintain emergency preparedness

Suppliers who become aware of violations of this Code should report them promptly:

- Use our confidential reporting channels
Compliance & Monitoring
Pivot Airlines reserves the right to verify supplier compliance with this Code through audits, assessments, and other monitoring activities. Suppliers must maintain records to demonstrate compliance and make them available upon request.
Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct may result in corrective action requirements, suspension of business, or termination of the supplier relationship. We prefer to work with suppliers to address issues and improve performance, but we will not continue relationships with suppliers who refuse to meet our standards.
