By accessing and using the Pivot Airlines website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Pivot Airlines provides charter flight services subject to availability and operational requirements.

All bookings must be confirmed in writing and secured with the required deposit. Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation

• Balance due 48 hours prior to departure

• Accepted payment methods: wire transfer, certified check, credit card (subject to processing fees)

• All prices quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified

• Prices subject to fuel surcharges and applicable taxes

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

Charter Flights:

• More than 7 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee

• 3-7 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee

• Less than 72 hours before departure: 100% cancellation fee

Weather-related cancellations:

• Full refund if flight cannot be rescheduled

• No fees for rebooking due to weather

Pivot Airlines reserves the right to cancel flights for safety, security, or operational reasons with full refund of paid amounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pivot Airlines shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use

• Delays or cancellations due to weather, air traffic control, or force majeure

• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All passengers and cargo are subject to security screening and must comply with:

• Transport Canada aviation security regulations

• Dangerous goods transportation requirements

• Aircraft weight and balance limitations

• Crew member instructions and safety briefings

Failure to comply with safety and security requirements may result in denied boarding without refund.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to:

• Collection of necessary personal and travel information

• Sharing of information with regulatory authorities as required

• Use of information for operational and safety purposes

• Marketing communications (with opt-out option)

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pivot Airlines or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our express written permission.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pivot Airlines, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services

• Your violation of these terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights

• Any content you submit or transmit through our services

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that Province.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be subject to good faith negotiation, followed by mediation if necessary, before resorting to litigation.

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
