Toronto, Canada – October 15, 2025 – Pivot Airlines and Air Charter Service (ACS) have formalized a commercial partnership that will see ACS lead domestic and international sales and marketing for Pivot's charter and ACMI (aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance) operations. The agreement expands Pivot's global visibility while strengthening its capacity to deliver essential and emergency mission-focused services throughout the year wherever the need exists while developing a commercial charter and global ACMI presence.
Partnership Overview
Pivot specializes in essential and emergency air services, supporting governments, NGOs, First Nations, and remote communities across Canada. Its broader offering includes:
- FIFO (fly-in/fly-out) programs for workforce transport
- ACMI support for airlines and CPA (capacity purchase agreement) opportunities
- Aircraft management
- Group and ad-hoc charter for corporate, sports, and private clients
Through this agreement, Pivot's services will now be actively marketed across ACS's global network of 40 offices on six continents.

While ACS will lead outbound sales efforts, Pivot continues to market and sell ACMI, ad-hoc and contract charters directly. It remains fully engaged in the Canadian market and is actively advancing a strategy to redefine how regional air service is delivered—whether through CPAs, ACMI support for other carriers, or direct scheduled operations with our partners Smart Green Aviation and Connect Airlines.
